The Rogue Wax Works 14mm Quartz Cap is a flame powered extraction device. This version is comparable in performance to the Terpcicle. At least that is what early testing is showing. But with the bottom of the quartz heater being opened it seems to have slightly less air restriction of the draw. And like all of TRWW flame powered extraction devices. You can expect serious performance. Once you gain some understanding on what you need to do to get the performance out of it that you want, its incredibly effective and versatile. You just about always get great flavour with the TRWW 14mm Quartz cap buts its upper end when things get a lot milkier and thicker is where it really sings. 

How To Use

To power your TRWW 14mm Quartz Cap it is best to use larger Brulee/Dab type torches. Heating can be achieved with smaller torches like those used with Dynavap but you will find heating times are uncomfortably long. Like in just about all cases seeing how heating is done will give you the best picture as to how it is done. While this kit does come with a stand which does the job fine. Given how tall the bowl/stem is a wider stand may be a good idea. That can be found on this page HERE. in this case you would need the 14mm female stand.
